Him – newly born Jesus, king at birth as witnessed by this wise man.
Brothers – the shepherds, nobodies, except they had just seen a multitude of angels. The people Jesus came to save, the people he identified himself with as the ‘good shepherd’.
You see him? You see him? – do we really see him, the truth about him, or are we distracted?
By Almighty God – the only way to see him for who he is.
Open your eyes. Listen. – pay attention, because he is a bigger deal than the angels you just saw!

More than 2000 years later the majority of people still do not want to see who Jesus really is and still do not want to accept him as the sent one form God. Lots of people calling themselves Christian do not have the same God as him but have made Jesus into their god, insted of recognising what that man of flesh and blood has done for mankind, having put his own will aside to do the will of God. (The forget that when Jesus would be God he would have done always his will and would have lied on several occasions, which is in contradiction with God His infallible Word,)
We can only hope that more and more pepole shall come to recognise the Way to God and find the mediator between man and God.

I am indicating that more people should come to know the way to God and accept Jesus as the sent one from God, who put his will aside to do the will of God. There are still too many in the world who do not want to know of any god, and others who made Jesus into their god, instead of worshipping the God of Jesus, namely the God of Abraham Who is an eternal singular Spirit Being, no man can see, and Who is no three-une god or Trinity.

Ah, I see. Thank you for explaining. I think people tend to do what they think is best for them, but we are often a bit confused about what is really ‘best’. I find that, for me anyway, drawing close to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit is life-giving. I try to share my experience with any who might find it helpful. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

Drawing close to God is very good, when you naturally focus on the Right eternal God. We also should draw close to Jesus and be thankful for what he has done, having put his own will aside, to do the will of his heavenly Father, Whom should also be our heavenly Father, but also our Only One God.
